All funds received through PayPal will be used to fund the operations of COMEA, Cheyenne's homeless shelter, including day-to-day operations of the homeless shelter, client services, and operations of COMEA's transitional living program.  COMEA is a Wyoming non-profit corporation and is designated as a 501(c) (3) organization for federal tax purposes.
